National Consumer Protection Framework: Activity Statements update

Overview

The PDF presents a summary of the implementation of the National Consumer Protection Framework requirements in relation to the supply of customer activity statements to betting account holders. This information is current as of 2 August 2022.

From as early as 31 July 2022, wagering service providers (WSPs) will need to comply with any requirements specified in their 'home' licensing jurisdiction as well as the activity statement obligations prescribed in Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales which apply both to licensees in those jurisdictions and interstate licensed wagering service providers.
